There is an urgent shortage of good people in the tech sector. At the same time, there is a gap from the university to the market. Humanoids is committed to bridging that gap. We kickstart academically trained UX Designers and Developers with our traineeships.

We invest in talent

We don't look for 3 to 5 years of experience, but invest maximally in talent. We spend about 20 to 25% of all time on training. That's unique in tech and much needed! The market is crying out for a lot of talent. Humanoids trainees come from all sorts of academic backgrounds to become those highly sought-after specialists.

We're focused on qualities

Other companies often only look at years of experience. Completely unjustified. We are specialists ourselves and know that experience does not necessarily say anything about the qualities of a professional. Especially not if they followed our training program! We therefore no longer speak of junior, mid-level, and senior, but of trainee, professional, and expert.
