Why a traineeship?
We believe that the tech industry needs a lot of new talent! That's why we're happy to invest heavily in the new generation of tech specialists. Humanoids is thus building a team of the highest quality. So, are you highly educated? And do you have an immense drive to step into tech? Then we offer you the opportunity to learn everything from our passionate UX designers, front-end & full-stack developers. Enthusiasm for your expertise is at the heart of Humanoids.
Your starting point: Crash Course
All our trainees start with a crash course in UX design, front-end or full-stack development. In 6 weeks, we share all our knowledge in workshops, lectures, and training projects. You also get to know the Humanoids and the work they do. You will be fully immersed in your new field of expertise.
Every week: Training day
After your crash course, you'll start your traineeship. You'll work for Humanoids' clients for 4 days a week, and every Friday, you'll have a training day. We have a rich program planned for that day for a year, filled with professional and personal development. We ensure that you deepen your expertise as a professional and touch on every aspect within your field.
After the traineeship
After your traineeship, you will have developed broad skills and be able to oversee your field. You'll be a sought-after professional in a sector that's desperate for talent; sounds good, right? This way, you'll benefit from your start with us throughout your career! After your traineeship, you'll contribute to the training of new people. This forms the shared mission of all Humanoids.
